With some wound make-up & film blood you can "refine" the gnarly Halloween wound to make it look even more realistic. And to make sure the latex wound stays in place, you'll need Mastix Hautkleber klein to attach it.

As with any decorative cosmetic, allergic skin reactions may occur in sensitive individuals.
