- Directions: The skin should be clean and free of oil and makeup. Remove the clear protective film. Press the tattoo firmly onto clean, dry skin with the design side facing down. Hold a damp cloth against the back of the tattoo, press firmly, and make sure the paper backing is completely saturated. Wait 30 seconds (don’t rush it). Peel off the paper backing. For best results, gently rinse the image with water or use translucent powder to remove any shine. REMOVAL: Soak the tattoo with rubbing alcohol or baby oil, wait 10 seconds, and then rub it off with a cotton ball. Or remove it from dry skin using several strips of clear household tape.
