Your credit is associated with the email address you used to place your order. You can use this email address to log in to your customer account at any time and view your credit balance.

How do I get my 5% cashback?

With every order you place on Horror-Shop.com, you'll automatically receive 5% of the order total as store credit.

Your cashback will be credited 20 days after your order has been delivered to you. As soon as your credit is available, we’ll notify you by
email.

If you return part or all of your order, your accumulated credit will be adjusted accordingly.

How can I redeem my credit?
