The Happy Birthday Kit Colorful foil balloons consist of two different materials. The first layer is a polyethylene foil, the second a vaporized aluminium foil with the cheeky lettering. When filled with helium, the foil balloon floats for a few days before it can be refilled. You can fill the foil balloon with helium or air. For technical reasons, the balloon is sent unfilled.
