White Sage Incense
Ceremonial incense for the purification of negative spiritual energy
White Sage is an all-natural ceremonial incense that finds its use among Native American tribes where it is burned in sweat lodges, for example. Dried sage clumps are used all over the world to reconnect with the power of Mother Nature. White sage is burned in ceremonies to exorcise evil spirits, negative thoughts or influences. The leaves are known for their special fragrance and are used as a natural repellent against moths (in clothing) or mosquitoes (in a room). White sage can be used in countless ways.
White sage can be used as incense or for mopping, which is a practice of cleansing negative spiritual energy and restoring or maintaining energetic purity.
Application: Light the sage clump, once the sage is burning, blow out the flame. The smoke that is now produced is used for purification. Use a fan or ventilator to distribute the smoke well through the room. To safely place the sage clump, which may still be glowing, it is best to use a bowl of sand. Our sage is Salvia apiana and is sourced in California from a sustainable supplier. In our online shop you will also find incense sticks and incense cones with great scent and calming effect.
