Returns & Complaints

If, contrary to expectations, an item does not fit or you do not like it, you can, in addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, simply return your order to us within 14 days of receipt. Simply fill out the return form in the package and send your order back to us (filling out the form is not mandatory, but makes it easier for us to process your return).

As listed in our cancellation policy, the buyer bears the return postage costs in the event of a cancellation. This is regulated by law since July 2014. Of course, we would like to waive the return postage costs for our customers, but unfortunately this is not possible for us as a medium-sized company. The resulting additional costs we would have to add to our prices, so we could not keep our attractive pricing.
