To do so, the skin must be clean, dry, and free of oil and makeup. Remove the transparent protective film, press the desired design onto the skin with the image side facing down, and thoroughly soak the paper backing with a damp cloth. After about 30 seconds, you can peel off the paper. Finally, the design can be gently rinsed off with water or the shine can be removed with translucent powder.
