The neon orange glowing Aqua UV Make-up is activated with water and is best applied to the skin dabbing with a sponge, this prevents streaks. Illuminated with UV or black light, the UV make-up glows in intense neon orange. The make-up can be removed afterwards with soap and water. Our neon colored water make-up is 100% vegan and made without animal testing.
